If I don't want to give my credit card information online, are there other ways to order?

If you are hesitant about placing your order online, you may place your order over the phone by calling our Customer Care Center at  0211687846.

Is my credit card information secure when I order from wholesaleadultsupplies.co.nz?

We are a Secure Site, which means your confidential information is also protected. We want you to feel confident and comfortable that your purchase is transacted with the utmost security.  The transactions are protected by the highest levels of encryption available to ensure security and privacy. The information is encrypted on your computer, sent through the Internet as jumbled code, and decoded on Wholesale Adult Supplies secure server. It cannot be read in transit.

We love to hear your product recommendations and requests, please forward all request to sales@wholesaleadultsupplies.co.nz. That request goes to our product development department for review.  Several of our current products have been launched due to direct consumer feedback.

Pricing and product availability are subject to change without notice. Wholesale Adult Supplies is not responsible for typographical errors or misprints.


Ordering and Payment FAQ’s

I would like to place an order over the phone. How can I do that?

You can place an order over the phone by calling  0211687846 during our customer service centre 9am-5pm  Monday through Friday.

Do I need to set up an account to shop at wholesaleadultsupplies.co.nz?

You will not need to set up an account if you want to buy products online. However, If you do set up an account you will receive additional discounts and promotions not listed on the site.

Adding Items to the Shopping Cart 

To add any item to your shopping cart, just click on the "Add to Cart" or “Buy” button when displayed next to a product. If you should change your mind as you shop, you can always remove an item later during the checkout process.

Checking out 

When you have finished shopping and have placed each item in your shopping cart, click on "Checkout" to send us your order. You'll then be prompted to enter your email and a password, billing and shipping addresses and credit card information. We'll receive your order immediately and will send you a confirmation email. And Yes It's really that easy!

I just placed an order and would like to change the address I used for shipping. Can I do this?

Yes, you may change the shipping address on your order assuming that the order has not shipped. Please contact our customer service line at  0211687846

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa and Master Card, You may also pay by check or money order when placing your order by mail.

You can also pay by online internet transfer phone us to place your order and we will advise account number

Can I view orders I've placed in the past?

You can login to your account to view your order history at any point.

Shipping and delivery FAQ’s

What are the domestic shipping options?

Standard Shipping

  • Auckland delivery normally same day  out of Auckland allow  2-3  business days
  • Monday - Friday delivery
  • Rural areas may take additional time at an added cost we will advise by email
  • Delivery to PO Boxes will always be from  NZ Parcel post or Courier

When will my order ship?

Orders placed Monday through Friday will ship within  1-3  business days here at Wholesale Adult Supplies.

Where is my order shipping from?

All orders will be shipped from Wholesale Adult Supplies warehouse located at Pukekohe.

How can I track my order?

Confirmation numbers are readily available from time of purchase. Our Customer Care Center will be able to track your package for you. Just call  0211687846

Can I ship to an address other than my own?

Yes. When ordering online, you have the option of entering a separate shipping address. For phone orders, simply notify the customer service associate that you wish to ship your order to another address.

What if I entered my address incorrectly?

Additional charges will be applied if the delivery address is incorrect, or if the package needs to be forwarded to a different location.
